SAW training is a methodology designed to help a person acquire confidence and competence in a new skill. The SAW training methodology can be used on many different topics and in different environments. Some examples of SAW training could include prayer, gospel conversations, bible study methods, quiet time, or even family devotions. A SAW training will focus on only 1 topic per weekend but participants will walk out of the training confident and competent in using and multiplying that particular skill. The bottom line: we train rather than teach- we don't just talk about a topic, we experience a topic.
